But beware! for free hosting we don't know when they will delete your account.
For those of you who are totally new to website or working online, website hosting is basically something everyone MUST have in order to have your website running online. You are basically renting a piece of internet space. For your information Fantastico is only comes in Linux package. So whenever you want to buy a hosting make sure you choose Linux package and not Windows package. Just because you use a windows desktop PC doesn't mean you have to opt for Windows web hosting (and the reverse is true as well). The operating system you use on your desktop has little to do with your choice of web hosts. 2) Install Joomla! using the Fantastico script in your webhosting account.

i. Login to your CPanel and find Fantastico De Luxe under Software/Services. Click the icon.
ii. You will be redirect to Fantastico’s homepage. For my hosting, 52 scripts are available here. Under Content Management click Joomla 1.5.
iii. You will see a page as below. Click New Installation.
iv. You will be asking to enter information. Just follow the instruction and Install Joomla 1.5.
v. Click on Finish installation to continue. You are done! Simple is it? You can visit your site by click the url that have been given. That’s all. Now you have your own website!
vi. Below is default website that you have created. You can manage this website by entering administration page.
CLICK JOOMLA! WEBSITE THAT I HAVE CREATE WITH FANTASTICO SCRIPT ON 000WEBHOST.COM. YOU CAN PLAY AROUND WITH THE WEB. GO TO ADMINISTRATION AND LOGIN USING USERNAME & PASSWORD = admin. HAPPY SURFING. =)
